[Resolved] Micromax Canvas A110 — poor service | |
really poor Micromax serice...
my phone Micromax a110 was accidentally switched off and the screen showed that 'you need to do factory reset'...
I took the phone to the service centre... they took the phone and told me to wait...after sometime they gave the phone back to me in a dead state...ie the phone now even doesn't starts and not even gets charged as it was happening before...when enquired there was no one to give me satisfactory answer...
the person inside operating was not able. to explain me the reason for this...
I just want to ask why the company keeps such amateur people who don't have the ability to deal with phones...and why do they accept phones that they can't operate upon...
I just want to get back my phone atleast in the state I gave it to them...
please if possible take action in this regard...

I have that phone too. Take out the battery and re insert it. Make sure that atleast the battery should have 1% charge, it will work. Press both the volume buttons then without leaving press the power button and keep it for two or three sec. A menu should open else your batt is dead. Press vol down button to go down to "Wipe data..." and press the power button once, if doesnt works then press then press the menu button on the bottom on ur phone. restart and ur phone should open as a new one.
