my name is kumar.i am an business person. i have purchased micromax canvas hd A116 model mobile at 16/8/2013. one year onsite warranty with bill. my mobile do not working suddenly. i have sent our micromax service centre "M/s.ALLIED ELECTRONICS " address for "266C, ADVIDA ASHRAM ROAD, SALEM-636005. .TAMILNADU, INDIA. We are issue token system service call in our centre. i have issue my mobile WHAT TYPE OF PROBLEM?. this problem diagnose to two days waiting. finally we are told him on/off switch problem. He was told him spares not available. After 15days call than you collect your mobile.15days back i asking my mobile, he has searching my mobile within 2hours. he has told your touchscreen was broken. i was very sock.i have received our service jobsheet no.S[protected] CLEARLY MENTION FOR ON/OFF SWITCH NOT WORKING.But that superior lady told him your touchscreen broken . I am totally disappointment. i have argument with lady not in use. And service centre people are not responding for customers. They are handling irrespective manners and words. Kindly help me. KUMAR.
