Micromax canvas a290 — Charging issue

Model No. - A290 IMEI - [protected]/[protected]. Jobsheet Date - 10/8/15 I purchased Micromax canvas A290 Last year. This is the seventh time i have submitted my phone and still there is almost no hope of getting it back with good condition. I am very disappointed with the poor service. Every month i have to visit service center to get this repaired. I got my phone last month back from the Laxmi Nagar service center however i am still facing the same issue again and again. I am really fed up with this phone and poor service. This is my humble request you to please replace my phone ASAP. Early response in the matter will be highly appreciated.
