Hi I have big doubt on Micromax customer care and service centre. You guys sold mobiles for customers free. you get money for what you sold. Then y we can't get good product and good service. I have buy mobile Micromax canvas colours 2 A120. Its has some problem when using it. So I give my mobile to service on 23 October for service at ozone care service centre at velachery its one of the Micromax service centre. They guys told me to wait for 25 days because of sending my mobile to Bangalore to main office to ready. So I have waited for 25 days and I have call to service centre on 26th day there was not good response and they told me to wait for one more week. I have waited and yesterday I have call to that service centre. Now they guys easily told me that your mobile motherboard has some problem so it can't able to ready ..she easily told. We give replacement . I think they give same model new mobile. But I get shocked on there next word. They give replacement of Micromax AQ5001 . My question - mistake is on your company product.If problem means u want to give new same model mobile or you want to call to me and tell about the problem and about replacement procedure.. How dare you choose your self and return this mobile.. I m very disappointed on this. Its very worst . I can't believe from Micromax service. Was this information helpful? | |||
