Dear Sir, I bought mobile around 5-9-15 but in my Mobile CDMA Internet and network is not there. I have visited Micromax Service Centre They said it takes 30 days for repair or solve my problem. I want to comlaint if my mobile is defective then 1) why Quality Checking is not done before handover to customer 2) If mobile is defective then why customer is wait for 30 days? Why Micromax Co is not providing New Mobile with proper checking. It is totally customer harassment and wasting the time of customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
