[Resolved]  Micromax Canvas Elanza 2 A121 Black — not repaired my mobile still 1 month

I purchased a micromax A121 mobile on the month of August. But recently after using it for one month a problem create on this phone. So i have given it on your service centre (Dibrugarh, Assam) and after one month they are not yet confirmed the delivery date and worst response from micromax customer service. They are saying that the parts are not recieving from the company and still not repaired. So the problem may kindly be solved as early as earlier or please give my money back or give me a new phone
