Dear Sir, I purchased micromax canvas express 2 mobile on 22/01/2016.But its not working proparly and battery also giving only 2 to 3 Hours back up[But the given 9.5Hours.For that i went to micromax service in bangalore on same month[30/01/2016 center and they taken for servicing but not yet they not given my mobile.If i call to service centre they are telling another 20days and 10 days like that. And i also called somany times to [protected] [protected] [Serviec Centre].but No response And i also sended so many times for micromax mibile service centre E.Mail ID with bellow Matter: Please find the attached files and ? No response from micromax? from past 20 days " I excepting new Piece " Please because i didn't used my mobile even one day also[Damaged product they given]. Was this information helpful? | |||
