Micromax Canvas Gold A300 — Network problem | |||
Sir, I have purchased a Micromax Canvas Gold A300 handset from infibeam.com. (Online) on 30/10/2014 after 7 Month usage I found the Network Problem. So i submitted to micromax service center in M/S SAI RAM ELECTRONICS, Bhilai (Chhattisgarh) service center give a job sheet also I attached and service centre person say after one month your handset is coming after repairing. After one month hand set is come on service centre, but problem not resolved and again says the service centre come on the after one week. I come the service centre but problem is same. Four times come on service centre, but problem not solved. This time I many times call the service centre after three-four days beet been, but my problem is not solved. Here service centre persons is very poor communicating regarding my problem. They always extend the date i have called them 10-15 times they always take different date for the return of the phone i am tired of calling them many times they even not listen and extend the date. I requested to you please solve my handset problem or either giving me a new handset. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have a Micromax Canvas Gold A300, It's not having signal in 2G areas, only in 3G areas it's working as a phone should be, i submitted my phone to nearest Service center on 11/05/16, they told me to contact them the very next day, when I did they informed me that they need my permission to send the phone to upper office, can't be solved by them here. so I told to do so. And on 25th May 2016, when I called them to know the status, they told me that they did not have my permission to send my phone to repair to higher office, I was totally speechless against their that kind of liability to customers, without showing anger, I told to send it to their higher office. For my bitter surprise they called me the next day morning to inform me that I need to collect my phone which is not repaired due to they have not such hardware parts in their higher office too. And as my 12 Months warranty is over so I can't expect to repair my problematic phone any more. I think there should be any such kind of law, why one can't repair his phone after warranty period is over even if he wants to pay the cost for the same?
