I am Shashank kumar from Khagariya distric Bihar. I have brought micromax canvas5 e481 from micromax exclusive store, Fraser road New Dakbangsalow, Patna, Bihar, on 8December 2015 . After some days when i tried to change sim card and then when i switched on my handset i shoked because my handset was locked. i dont about it how its happened. My handset ask me for Privacy protection password but really i dont know what is password. My handset is in warranty period so i visited micromax care but their workers told me that there is no service regarding this handset. Then i called micromax customer care many times and they told me that your complain has received and you will have call back within 24 hours but they didn't call me back. This problem have been approx 10 days. I worry because i am a student and i brought handset in Rs 11500 it is very costly for me and my middle class famiy because my father is a school teacher and he has very few income and he is not able to buy another handset for me. So i kindly request that please give me a solution regarding this. I have tired to call in micromax customer care. they are not giving me any responses so, i had only choice to complain in consumer forum so please i request that do something about this. Thank you
