Micromax Canvas Knight A350 — The mobile is not working so service center unable to provide job sheet for second time | |||||
I purchased this mobile on 11/11/2014 after few months the mobile suddenly switched off so I have given at nizamabad andrapradesh 503001 service centeron 31/07/2015 and they gave the jobsheet no S[protected] after two months they successfully repaired my mobile and device was handed over to me but after using few days again new problems started charging sachet of the device not function so I am unable to charge the mobile and my out going voice is very low so other person s unable to here my voice on basis of these two problems I approached service center again on 13/102/2015 but at this time job sheet was not generated due some technical problems it was not done any how so daily I visited service center to get new job sheet but no use Sevice center executive failed to solve it and they suggested me to approach customer care so with patiently I approached cusmercare many time by call and by mail every time they are asking from starting without knowing previous summary I am worrying about the warranty period it is going to be on 11/11/2015 how I have to solve my problem I am unable to understand so approached this way Was this information helpful? | |||||
