Sir i have already submitted a complaint against my micromax canvas knight before on 30 sept, 2015. but yet i don.t received any positive answer. it is my 1st complained id name is Manvendra Pratap
today i described all of my details problems here. first i bought this mobile from Sector 14 GGN and after 5 moths it will started problems with touch response and slow on ram..and i have submiited the mobile at nearest service center in gurgaon, named M/S Shree Sai Telecom on 30th Sep, 2015.thereafter they say it will take 15/20 days it will delivered to you.and i will call all the helpline number and service center number but they just listen to me and says dear customer it will take 20 more days to delivered, Please wait till the time.
i will complained against my repairing purpose on 27th oct, 2015. then i will call the executive of micromax and he say minimum 20 days forward from now complained date.so stay tune with our services. i can't believe the services provided by micromax company. my job sheet number is-N[protected]. dated on 30 Sep.2015.
sir please help me to resolved my problems. its a hard to stay without a smart phone.i don't have a secondary phone...i just keep manage with my friends bar phone which is given by him... sir i obliged you and hope you will listen my tottering situations. please resolved my problems. please micromax take every care of your customer's every single phone...
