I had given my phone to a local customer care authorized by micromax... 2 months ago... and they told me the phone has sent to the head office for 1 month... it returned and i got it as the same... nothing changed.. only the time did... why this crisis for every customers... are u really customer caring or harrasing??? or is this the way u advertize ur company... fed up ... none whom i knw will never take micromax anymore.. thank u Was this information helpful? | |
