I purchased micromax nitro a311 model on 20/04/2015..after one months o[censored]se the network and camera was not work so I gave the mobile for repair on 01.06.2015 for repair at (SOLUTION POINT) at Bally. The collection centre assured me that the mobile will be repaired or changed within 15 days. Now it's 60 days over I had still not received my handset.Now everyday i got a message that your mobile has been repaired plz collect it from the service centre.when i call service centre they say that now your mobile is not ready plz wait some days. what kind of service this... I want replacement.
