My micromax power just fell off and the screen is terribly broken... i purchased it 10 months back... so the insurence is claimmable... i even enquired and took a form... for further instructions i just called as many possible numbers provided but no one is of a better help ...they reply properly this is really very sad i request you to inform about futher steps so that i could get my phone fixed a`sso as possible...
