Micromax Canvas Spark Q380 — Micromax care not repair my mobile

Hi, My name is manish.Recently I had a problem regarding the display blankof my MICROMAX MOBILE spark q380. So I handed it over to the service center here in sriganganagar rajsthanfor repair on 12/7/2015. The JOB SHEET NO is: w[protected]. They informed that it has to be repaired in two weeks. Now the problem here is, They do not received my phone call and I have gone to the service centre more than 4 times, they are saying that your phone is dispatched from Head office. I do not know how much time is needed to repair the mobile. Please consider this complaint and do the needful. Else i have to go to the condumer court n complaint against your company... My no. Is [protected] please tell me about this whithin 24 hours.either i will definate go to the court...
