Micromax — Canvas Tab in service for over 2 months | |||
Canvas Tab bought in June 2014 thorugh Amazon India Given to Tamana Infotech, on 24/01/2015 for repairs. Tab was dead. They said its a mother board issue. Job Sheet number W[protected] Deepti Bhatia This is the 5th time we sent the tab for repairs since we bought it, and I must admit, i made the biggest mistake buying it for my parents and in-laws. The first problem came in 2 months of buying it. Very poor battery life and takes the longest to charge. Ideally I would like to be refunded for the purchase. Pls let me know when can I have the tab back and what can be done to rectify the issues. I need my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
