[Resolved]  Micromax — CANVASA1 got locked on patternlock before 50days

I bought CANVASA1 Moder number AD4501, It got locked on patternlock and handed over to your service station KANISHKHA MOBILE CARE at Coimbatore, tamilnadu on 14 october 2014 job card number 7391 and box number 5113. They were not able to solve the problem and forwarded to you on 03 nov 2014 with new Job card number S[protected].

I made a complaint to you regarding the long delay with complaint number [protected].
I wrote a mail to you and Thanks for the reply though late by 14 days.

I contacted your customer care number:[protected] today(2nd dec 2014) as advised . As per them my mobile is not ready and will take another 30 days even though more than 50 days passed already. They say they don't know the current position of my mobile.
But your mail says you escalated the priority. I don't know what you really mean it. Already close to 2 months over still I have not recd my mobile . Can you please attend to it immediately?

It is already about 2 months passed and unable to use the mobile phone. kindly attend to the said problem and return the mobile set to me at the earliest.

As requested by Team Micromax I wrote a mail to them with relevant details, I received a mail and a call from one of the executives promissing to finish off within 10 working days, Today 19 dec 2014 I called customer care number:[protected] and shocked to find that they ask me to wait for 30 days from dec 4th is valid and no change is made to finish earlier. and asked for some supervisor contack number and they refused to provide. and give again and again customer care number:[protected] and webid at @micromaxinfo.com, which are already known to all and could do nothing to help. Now I am totally frustrated even I doughy god can help me.
