I gave my phone to service care 5 months back in m/s sivam telecom care, siwan (bihar).But still i didn't get my phone back, keeping the phone in service centre only they took my phone warranty period.And when i asked them to return back, they are saying that they won't give and do what the hell you can do.I don't why they handover srvice care centre to such an irresponsible person.
