[Resolved] Micromax Care — Worst after sale service ever | |||
I am so annoyed with the service of micro max that, i deposited my phone on 22/11/2015 with a problem - "touch auto working" with a Jobsheet no:- N[protected] and the model no. is Micro max GOLD A300 and my phone is transferred to MICRO MAX COMPANY CENTER and whenever i call Micromax Care, the only response i get is we have no idea what the problem is but your phone is with the repair team and would take 30 days to get it repaired. Now in total 30 days are over and still the response given is it would take 15 days more to get you phone repaired" and that is so WOW and that is what is MICRO MAX AFTER SALE SERVICE QUICK AND SATISFYING . now in total 45 days have crossed and still they say that touch problem is fine now your phone has battery problem so we will require some more time i called Micromax care 4 times and even got complaint no.s MMX[protected], and above all according to CCE my phone is with PRIORITY TEAM. multiple mails i have send but received no response in return This kind of service with a new phone is "GREAT" Was this information helpful? | |||
