Micromax Check Point — Compensation for bad service

I have ordered 2 times Micromax Phones but got Bad service from The same company. I have to face so many problems due to their response. I have decided to take this complaint in Consumer Court and i am sure that i will win this case but before it i want to give a chance to micromax to compensate me very fairly and get this matter resolved here only.
