[Resolved]  Micromax Check Point — complaint for kharagpur service centre

Complete detail give below as per mail communication Till I not understand that claim department mail id is ([email protected]) when ever we communication with claim department by mail cc ( [email protected]) till I cannot get any repaly from micromax company.. that My money is gone Rs. 8000/- & Rs. 15000/ transfer micromax account 6220180062400063541... Dear Mr. Anuj Srivastav, As per your mail, please send me transaction id over mail for refunding my amount of Rs. 31000/-, as yesterday Rs. 23000/- has been debited from my SBI Account No. 30238219190 and Credited to Micromax Account via Card No. 6220180062400063541 as given by you over phone from your phone no 9650396076 to my phone no. 9832705186. Please send transaction no. of Micromax India over mail. If entire money of Rs. 31000/- will not been credited to my account, then I will go to consumer forum to lodge complain against Micromax India for doing forgery with clients. Regards, D.
