I had submitted my mobile at Pune service center for repairing, as service center representative informed have to send to company to get it repaired it will taken around 20 days for this. I accepted and submitted by mobile with Job sheet reference no. W[protected] dated 10/10/2014. After couple of days I called customer care and registered my complaint with complain no. MMX[protected] and told you will get resolution within 21 days. But till today 28.11.14 i had not received any feedback on this, several times I had mailed them but no response. My mobile in under warranty period and if company is not able to resolve the issue they should issue replacement for the same. How many days customer shall wait and take follow up from company. It company responsibility to satisfy customer on time.
It's humble requested to look into this matter and let me know when I will get my mobile back in my hand.
