Micromax — Complain against Micromax Canvas Spark

Dear Sir/Madam; I've buy a Micromax Canvas Spark on April 29. This handset has a serious problem that it gets hanged oftentimes nd once it gets hanged it switcheoff. When it restarts its CPU &Processor temperature increases tremendously. And all the saved contacts dumped. Actually I'd raised the same complain before a month ago. Your team called me nd told me that you are going to pay me my money back. But after that there was no response from your side. I'm so much harassed to use such faulty device.
