[Resolved] Micromax — complain against service center services(Micromax A116I) | |||
I have purchased Micromax A 116i handset on 04/02/2014, IMEI NO : [protected]. In July 2014, I found problems related to received call sound. As my mobile was in warranty period so submit my mobile to Micromax's service center Atta Sector 18 Noida on 22 July 2014. And on 25 July 2014 I received a different mobile Micromax Model A116 IEMI NO: [protected] from customer service center. After using provided mobile by customer service center I found that there were major problems raised in my new mobile: 1) Headphone and charging jacks were not working So after one week I again went to customer service center and I told the whole problems story to service executive. And he told me that your mobile has been replaced with some one else mobile. He gave me one week time to provide my original mobile. But after one week they did not provide me the mobile and ask me to come after ten days. And finally after ten days I got new mobile with IEMI NO: [protected]. And again the same story ... this new mobile has many more issues as following: 1) Memory slot is not working 2) Automatically switched off after 10-15 minutes 3) Automatically starting installed applications 4) Touch is not working properly 4) Call sound is not clear 5) Always silent profile 6) Sometime hanged 7) Cabinet changed black to white So I kindly request you to please take a needful action for me to provide me my original mobile. And I am totally exhausted to come & go to customer service center. I wasted a lot of time to get my mobile. So take action ASAP otherwise I will go to consumer court.
