Micromax — Complaint about poor customer service and refusal to accept phone for replacement which is just 3 days old and phone dead.

Dear Sir, I hearby wish to raise a complaint against Micromax for not owning up the pathetic service provider by their micromac care unit On 9th of may 2015 i was ordered a micromax GC 232 mobile(IMEI- [protected], [protected])from paytm .The same have been received by me on 15th may 2015.My concern is that when i am going to charge this mobile is getting too hot and difficult to hold due to hotness of mobile.repetedly this problem occurs when i put it charge. My second concern is that its battery drain very fast after charging. It takes too many times approximately 12hrs onwards to get full charge. As soon as when i get unplugged from socket its battery start draining and with in 4-5hrs the battery gets empty. I don't know what's the reason behind this problem. One of my friend using same mobile since 2 months and that mobile gives very good battery backup and gives 4-5 days battery backup. On on 17th may 2015 at night around 10 pm suddenly display of mobile blink and its brightness getting very low and content from the display becames invisible. After morning when i checked it. The phone was switched off and did not switched on after pressing power button. Then on 18th may 2015 i reached your authorized service center M/S Space Telecom, Nandigosh arena, 1st floor, plot no-1, Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I explained about the total issues to the concerned authority of the service center and i reuest her about the replacement of the mobile as it is just 3 days old. But the concerned person denied me with a very rude voice. they were very ill-mannered and ill-bread.The concern person even went to the extent of telling me to take my phone back and refused to accept my mobile phone for replacement with rude voice and said that we can't replace it. If you want to repire then we will do it.I am still not able to believe how can a brand like Micromax give such a ridicolous solution to the problem. Somehow i partially agreed for repire it but i am not happy to repire it because it is just 3 days old and from starting major problems are arrising with this.they issued me a job sheet containg no EO[protected] and said to me that we will call you after repire.My mobile which is just 3 days old is being going to repire by refusing of replacement.and i am supposed to accept this with a smile and laud. Micromax for its wonderful customer care??? I am extremely harassed by expereincing this type of service provide by the Micromax.Therefore i request to the concern authority to look into the matter and do the needful otherwise people will loose faith on you.and if my issues are not resolved according to my satisfaction, then I will never by any micromax product in future and also give advice to my family, friends and relatives to not to buy any product of micromax.i wait your response regds, Biswajit Jena
