Micromax — Complaint against damage of my phone by micromax service centre | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased micromax Bolt A62 after 9 months. display show lines. I give it to Micromax Service centre with bill(under Warrenty) they told me that Display is not under warrenty. I told ok I pay him 750 in cash. after few days screen show blue. I give to Micromax service Centre Paonta Sahib again. they told him that it has software problem & we will give it to back tommorow evening. I call him but they not pick the phone. after two days he give it another land line no. I call that no it is Lava Service Centre he told me this is display problem. after two days that it has another hardware problem. I cant repaired it. Kindly do the needful and provide my phone in ok condition. Thank you for your kind co-operation Was this information helpful? | |||
