Micromax — Complaint against my new micromax mobile A290 battery problem again and again after getting repaired from service center also. | |||
I would like to inform you that I had purchase Micro max company mobile A290 in the month of 13th December 2014 and I am not satisfied with the working of the mobile there was a problem of battery charging so I have submitted my mobile in your service centre at dadar w. the job sheet no. was *W[protected]* i had received my mobile for 15 day it was working properly but from last week it is giving me the same problem so i m going to submit my mobile once again because i dont have any other option i had purchased a 3rd class mobile of Micromax company and after servicing from micromax service center the same problem i am facing so i dont know what useless service company provides. I had made a clomplaint against the model also on the email provided by the service centre. I had came to know that the Model is giving the same problem of battery to one of my frd also and the review from e commerce site are also negative. I would like to tell you to take some important steps against this other wise i need to take help off consumer court. i have purchased my mobile on 13th december 2014.
