Micromax — Complaint has not been rosolve in two attempts. | |||
Hi, I have bought a Micromax Mobile, model no: A290 Canvas Knight cameo on 26/12/2014 . From date of purchase my phone has gone twice for servicing but it is taking very long process to resolve . The product is in warranty but it does not mean that i have to keep it in service center . I have bought for my use not to keep it in the service center. First time the problem reported was Battery No Charging and second time the same problem arose. Either the problem was not resolve in the first time or the phone has this problem and it will resolve. I can not tolerate this . in my opinion Micromax should provide me a new phone else i want the problem to be resolve permanently. Was this information helpful? | |||
