Micromax — Complaint on Micromax p580i fun book ultra tab | |||
Dear sir, This is S. AVINASH from pune. I purchased new micromax p580i tab in 31st March 2015. After one month I Got problem in the tablet regarding battery problem and charging port problem. Then I approached to micromax service center in pune. They asked 15 days time for repair I said ok. After that they called up me and said it is not going to repair here we need to send to micromax office in Delhi I said ok and informed them I need a perfect tab without any problem. For this process they taken 35 days time. Again they are telling the model p580i which u have given was banned so we got another model tab in place of your tab from company. Now they are telling that new tab also having display problem. nOk they are telling we need 1 more month for new tab. That also they are not giving same model what I purchased(p580i fun book ultra hd). They are giving some other model that to after one month. I don't know what the he'll they are doing from last 40days. I didn't used my tab atleast two months. I think they are not doing any thing they doing some time pass and drama.
