[Resolved] Micromax — Complaint regarding Micromax tablet | |||
Respected Sir, I suraj luckwal of a customer of micromax. I want you to acknowledge you that I had purchased a micromax tab viz- “micromax funbook mini p410i tablet” on Order Date:[protected] Invoice Date:[protected] due to battery problem in my tablet I had submitted it to micromax service centre Shop No. 1179, 1st Floor, St. No.-12, Main Road, Near Hanuman Mandir, Govindpuri New Delhi 110019 [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com, Contact No :[protected], [protected] on 02 72014 and they asked me to come after 6 days and gave me job card. I start to visit service centre on due dates but they refuse to return hand set and started to delay delivery dates….. Till now its been more than 50 days my Micromax Funbook Mini P410i Tablet has not been repaired and they are saying it’s send to the company and will return after 4 days. The head office is also not giving me any response on mail nor they are picking up my call .
