Micromax — Complaint regarding my recently bought micromax xpress 2 | |||
I, Sudhir Jain just recently bought micromax xpress 2 from flipkart on dated 20 october 2015, now since 3-4 days the phone is not charging, i am socked that within 2 months the phone is not charging, today i went to your service centre in east delhi at 1:07 pm, token no is D 96, but there i was again shocked when they told that the set is faulty and it needs to be sent to company, so it would take around 15-20 days for repair. Firstly, i want to ask you that how would i manage without phone for 20 days. Secondly, the phone is not charging within 2 months from buying date that means you are selling faulty products to your customers. According to me you should replace my product immediately otherwise ill have to got to the consumer court.
