Complaint No. MMX[protected], Job sheet number "N[protected] Model - Micromax Knight A350, I gave my mobile Micromax Knight [A350] for repairing on 15-Apr-2015 with job sheet number “N[protected]” at VI communication – Jagatpuri [Delhi], but they were not able to repair it so they sent it to head office on same day, as my discussion with Mr. Rohit Choudhary ([protected]) SM Micromax service center Jagatpuri, Delhi-110051. I personally visited this service center for more than 5 times & every time they say the repairing is not done you have to wait for more days. When I call to service center after 15 days on 29th April 2015, they provide me customer care number to check my phone status. It was then the customer care executive generates complaint number and told me that it will take 30 days from 29th April 2015. And after 45 days of mental harassment, I call again to customer care to get the information about my mobile (hoping that finally it over and my mobile will be ok now), But customer care person told me to wait for 15 more days of harassment. Now I know, what cost a person has to pay for believing on an Indian Brand like yours, If it takes that much time, why not they provide new one!!!
