I have given my cell phone ( 2 times ) for repairing since last two month. But unfortunately I am not getting any response and proper servicing from authorised service centre at Ajmer and CUSTOMER CARE.My job sheet No: W[protected] was completed and closed within one day. But they gave the set after 10 days. The set was not ok, again submitted .Talked to customer care and given complaint No: [protected].by them. Today nobody gives proper answer. THINK CUSTOMER-CARE CARES ABOUT CUSTOMERS NOT ABOUT MOBILE SET.Till date they are unable to decide whether it can be reparied or to be replaced. This is very critical situation for me that I am not able to use my cell phone since last two month.
