It is with great regret that I am writing to you as I want to bring to your kind notice the extreme trouble and inconvenience I have undergone due to your negligent in services.
On 26th July 2015, I had purchased a Micromax Cameo A290 of your company from Paytm. Towards this purchase, I paid Rs 7800/- to your company.
After purchasing the phone within few months, it developed a problem I found that there was some charging problem and it was not working which caused most of the problem.
In order to get the defect repaired I visited your company M/S The Mobile Care (Delhi) B-36, Guru Nank Pura, Opp.V3S Mall,
service center and after inspection I was told that some parts needed to be replaced and asked to submit the phone on 16th September 2015.
For many days I waited to get the issue resolved and called to micromax customer care and visited to service center but they just ignored me and gave me run around. every time when i called they gave me generic response it will take another 20 days.
Now I am hopeless I do not understand what to do as I have been mentally torchered. I am extremly disappointed also.
Infact now the micromax service center is not responding to my emails.
that was my hard earned money which I have wasted...
