I bought Micromax canvas spark Q380 through Snapdeal order no.[protected] suborder no.[protected] imei no.[protected] invoice no.S8CFCD/15-16/7715 DT 1/7/15.But I go the defected pc, below portionof touch screen is not working.phone is hanging.Now requested for replacement but they are asking a letter from service center.No service center near 40 km .Pls suggest. I lives in Ropar (Punjab).Service center is at Chandigarh.
