[Resolved] Micromax — Defective micromax A111 | |||
I purchased micromax mobile A111 on[protected]. Its battery got swollen after 4months o[censored]se and the same was replaced in November 2013. by Future communications sec 41 chandigarh 160036. Now again after 5 months use the battery got swollen to my great disappointment. Today I have given mobile for service at sec 41D chandigarh vide job sheet no NO[protected]. My phone has a manufacturing defect in the phone.Request is for the replacement of this faulty phone with a new model. Service boy say it will take one month for change of mother board. Great inconvenience to me. Further say battery warranty is expired but fault is not mine it is the faulty phone. So request is for new phone and new battery without cost. I know about a similar case filed by a lady for manufacturing defect and in that case court order micromax to pay full amount of mobile and also 5000 as compensation
