Micromax — Defective product | |||
Dear Sir, I bought this product (Micromax A300) on Sep''14 & within 4 months o[censored]se the motherboard get damaged & i have lost lot of data, the service provider insist to change the motherboard with my cost when i inform them to go for consumer coat case then they replaced the same under warranty. Again on 8th Aug-15 the mobile was not getting started & i have submitted the same to M/s Jabil global services, vatika city & they are insisting me to change the motherboard again with my cost. I am facing lot of problem by using this phone. Many conact losses happened due to this which affect my image in my company. So i need replacement of this phone or money back from M/s Micromax.
