[Resolved] Micromax — Defective Product supplied ...request for replacement ...over due

I purchased one Yu Yureka Plus Moondust Grey - B011hy371E - IMEI [protected] through amazon on September 08, 2015. After some time the instrument was found to be a faulty one . The memory was gone not functioning properly. As per customer support of the company, I deposited the same with the service cente at B.R. Services, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi on 2/11/2015 with the Job Docket No. N[protected] dated 2.11.2015. Till date neither I received the mobile back or replaced it with a new one. I am at a losers end.
Pl. solve my problem without taking more time.
