Hi I Prakash Satpute, registered complaint on 19th May 2015, my complaint number is "W[protected]".
Problem is mobile not charge properly.
As Per Reported for your end are follow :
- 4904 Display Black Lines
- 5301 Charging/Battery No Charging
Also I am taking follow of this complaint from last 31 days, but no one reply or proper response from your end.
On 19th May Swastik Telecom committed to me problem will resolve in 15 days, but I did not get any call from them, so I had call up on 3rd June 2015, that time they inform me to call customer care ( [protected] ), so I had call up on customer care immediately, they also gave me 20 days more time to resolve the complaint
Today completed 20 days to complaint, but no response from Swastik Telecom and also Customer care, there fore In between I had call up to customer care 3 times on 10th June, 17th June and 23rd June, but every time they were giving me 20 days times.
I really not happy with this pathetic service.
