Micromax — Delay in Repairing of Micromax Mobile A350 | |||
Hello Support, I had purchased Micromax Mobile A350 on Dated[protected] against Order ID : OD[protected]. Initially for first few months it worked fine but on[protected] it stopped working for which I get it deposited to M/s VI Communications with 2 reported problems being 4101 : Power does not switch on and 4911: Display Touch Screen Not working on[protected] via Job Sheet Number : N[protected]. Till today I have not received any information about the status of me Hand set from the service center infact I am making repeated calls. I have also reported my concern over the call center with request number : MMX[protected]. I did call many times to the service center wherein they have told me that it may take around 6-12 months to get it repaired, After that I get call from the call center that I would be given Micromax Canvas Gold A-300 in replacement of my hand set, but that would be a repaired one. My concern for the same is If the set could not be repaired with in the given period than why didnt I was being told earlier, secondly by giving me a repaired handset does that mean you were able to provide me the quality services because If the new set being purchased didnt work for even 4 months will the repair hand set will work. I am very much disappointed with the kind of after sale service being provided by Micromax as after waiting for almost 30 odd days I am getting a response providing a solution of replacement of my handset with a repaired one.
