Micromax — Delay in service and unethical behaviour

I have given my Micromax canvas HD a116i handset to the micromax service centre, Hapur (U.P), on 27 may 2015. The executives at the centre gave me a time limit of 15 days but even after 44 days they are not willing to give me any reply about my handest service. They never update me about the status of my handset, and behave as if they have no contact with the company and no responsibility towards the customer. The executives are completely uncooperative and rude. The customer relation office also never picks up the call.
Please help me out. If possible then please get the refund procedure initialized for my handset.
