Micromax — Delay in Service for the Authorized Service Centre | |||
Dear Sir, I bought a Micromax A116i handset during the year Dec2013, after some six months the phone was not charging when it is on and it gets charged when only after switch off, I submitted the phone to M/s Smart Communications on[protected] they told me that since the mobile is under warranty they will replace the board at free of cost, but even since after 23 days they are still to give me back my mobile, when ever i make a call they tell me that they have placed the order and yet to get the material once they get the will call, its is very annoying for me that the service center is able to resolve the problem within short time frame, kindly look up in to this and resolve the issue, herewith i have enclosed the job order copy for your ready reference.
