Micromax — Delay of getting my phone | |||
My micromax phone got problem under warranty .The job numbers of that phone is E[protected] on date 7nov15.but after completion of 60 day they are least bother about my phone. After contact to customers care, told that your phone has permanently unserviceable, so you will get a new phone. But I want to know when I will got a new phone. Because my life is very uncomfortable without my phone. I contact to the another mail on 4 jan16, they generate ticket id number 243842 dated 05 jan16.After so many query, The only one reply is there aap wait karo 15 din main aapko waapas mil jaayega. But i don't think ki waapas milega.What should i do against micromax mobile company ? Please suggest me. Was this information helpful? | |||

You always tell that please share your concern on http://micare.micromaxinfo.com., But i strongly suggest you that many time i share my experience on that site.That site is nothing but making people foolish .I want answer that when i got my phone back.How the people is shameless like micromax company customer care., that they are not able to returned my phone back?
