[Resolved] Micromax — Delayed service | |||
I have given my micromax a65 for service on 16th march 2014, its been 3 months still I am getting lame excuses for the delay, and now i am not at all getting any response from them even if I call 100 times, so i am going to file an affidavit and sent a court notice for that service center and micromax, if i am not getting a proper response within today . I had purchased a neq mocromax Mobile model A300 in December 2014. After 5 months suddenly i could not switch it on. I took it to the service centre in malleshwaram. they asked me to take it to the main service centre in vijaynagar. They took two days time and told me that the phone is dead and has to be completely replaced.they said it would not be covered under warranty as well. They had asked for ten days time and its almost three weeks now and nothimg has been done. They are still asking for ten days more. Very slow service. My Friend experienced the similar situation with this company. How can the service centre delay the proceas so mmuch ??

It was some sort of manufacturing defect.which i recognised after one week from the purchase...how can a customer put his trust on such a deal.
22nd april 2015 - I surrendered my Micromax Canvas Knight Cameo A290 at the service center at Trivandrum, Kerala, India.(that too to correct a mistake which occurred due to the previous service).
16th may 2015 - I was informed that the product cannot be repaired and needs a replacement.
till now i havent received my phone.and the service center and company does not give any quick convincing responses to any of my phone calls or mails.
PLEASE HELP ME GET BACK EITHER MY PHONE OR MY MONEY.!!!
