Micromax — DELAYED SERVICING | |||
Dear sir/ Madam, I have a MICROMAX A63, which had a charging problem. It could not be charged with any charger. I have handed over the charger to tinsukia servicing centre, pin-786125 on 07/10/2014. But today is 25/10/2014 and when enquired about the delivery, they responded as parts of mobile are stil to be received from the head office. I am really surprised with so much poor communication lag between the head office and the service centres, due to which we customers have to suffer so much. I would request the appropriate authorities to please take proper action for prompt service and delivery of my handset. My Job Sheet number for your reference is 10692.
