Micromax — delaying in receiving phone

sir i bought a micromax Unite 2 A106 mobile on 18 mar 2015 .After 1 and 2 month the mobile has some problem regarding network.when i took it to the nearest care on 18 th may they told me to submit my phone to them they will send it to delhi and it will take 25 days .and now it is 45 days .only i have received a mail that micromax has replaced my phone on 22 nd june but yet i haven't been able to get back my phone.the care as well as the micromax is not been able to give me satisfactory answer.job sheet no.-E[protected]

Updated by prasenjit mohanty facing the same problem after getting the phone from micromax.micromax told me to replace it .want to know when it will replace??
