Micromax — Didn't exchange my battery since last 20 days

Sir, I have a micromax knight canvas A350 and ihad some problem in battery. actually battery was not charging and didn't give back up. so, i take it to the nearest service center to M/s K. S. Mobile (NCR), Plot NO. 7, FF, Central Market, Near old bus stand, opp Sihani Chowki, Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad - 201001 (U.p.) on Dt. 14/04/2015 but before one week they refuses to take any action after i request them they make a job sheet on Dt. 14/04/2015 but till now no action taken yet.
