Micromax — DIDN'T GET ANY REPONSE AFTER SUBMITTING PHONE IN SERVICE CENTER

Sir I have purchased a micromax phone after few month there was a problem in touch screen .we went to service center that is located in m/s Support media B.T.ROAD KOLKATA and they given a recipet (no E[protected]) Dated on 23rd may .and now when we are callling to know abt the status still now they are not picking up the phone aso i am once somebody picked up th call and sd it will take time and hungup..please help up to solve the problem
