This is Sanjay Jena from goa, I bought Micromax LED TV from Snapdeal. After Few days of time it got spoiled. As it was on under warranty i called up the micromax customer service to help me regarding the same. Mr.Amit from customer service of micromax said it will take eight days of time at it will be soughted. i waited for eight days and no one responded, i called up again to check regarding my complaint spoke to Mr. Amit once again and he gave me the number of Mr. Sunil Palande said he is Goa & Maharashtra Sales Executive. Called Mr. Sunil said the problem will be soughted within 5 days of time. i waited for another five days of time there was no response once again. I called up mr. Sunil after 5 days said i purchased the TV from Snapdeal thats why it is getting delayed said to call snapdeal and check. Then i called up snapdeal regarding same snapdeal said that it is not their duty and they cannot help me in any manner. Then i called up Mr. Amit once again said the problem will be soughted within 4 days i waited once again and there was no response. After tghis i started calling every day but when they use to take my register phone number and when they come to know that it was me they use to disconnect the call. I called up today and gave some other friends number then i got through tMr. Amit when i told my real name he said that will call you in 24hrs after listening to this i absued him but the call was disconnected.
I RECOMMEND ALL THE INDIAN PEOPLE NOT TO BUY THE MICROMAX PRODUCT FROM SNAPDEAL AND ALSO FROM ANY DEALER AS THEIR SERVICE IS VERY BAD.
OUR PRIME MINSTER SAYS BUY INDIAN PRODUCTS WHICH ARE MADE IN INDIA. I BOUGHT AND I AM FACING THE CONSEQUENCES FROM PAST TWO MONTHS.
