I have purchase micromax xpress 2 in august 2015 just in 3 month display had a color issue, i have given my phone to M/s ABACUS SYSTEMS your care center in Mani majra Chandigarh on 15/12/2015 for display color issue he told you can take your phone after 10 day but when i call after 10 days the care center person said wait for more 15 days i ask that how would i manage without phone for more 15 days Secondly please give me my phone and when you get the display please call me, care center person told me call to customer care number or mail to micro max mail id, Till date i dont know my phone status, just in 3 months from buying date color problem in display that means that the company are selling faulty products to your customers, please tell me what is my fault and please do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||||
